Our Track 2 service is designed for employees returning to work after a period of illness or disability who are currently not able to reintegrate with their current employer. In this case, we focus on exploring a fresh new route to reignite a new path as we pivot toward a new tomorrow.

How we deliver

Our Track 2 service encompasses all the essentials and more. In addition to our holistic reintegration approach, this track includes an intake report, an action plan, a thoughtfully crafted personal and search profile, the generation of new opportunities and job vacancies, and two phases: labor market exploration (Phase 1) and labor market approach (Phase 2). To further enhance success, the following elements are integrated into our Track 2 service:

Finding a Suitable New Position Externally

When there's currently no option to retain your employees on sick leave, you want to make sure that you do everything you can so that they can thrive elsewhere too. Helping an employee reintegrate externally might be foreign to you or you may lack the time or focus within your current role.

To avoid  a wage penalty, it is important to ensure that, as the employer, you comply with the Gatekeeper Improvement Act. Understanding the specific responsibilities and obligations can be overwhelming.
