Our Track 1 service is designed for individuals who are on sick leave and are planning to return to their current role or a modified/different role within their current employer. If this proves to be unfeasible, our emphasis will shift to external reintegration (Track 2).

In summary, our Track 1 service facilitates a smooth transition back into the workplace while addressing the unique needs and challenges that may arise during this period. The specific services offered will be tailored to individual and organizational circumstances. A bi-weekly progress report will be readily made available, offering continuous updates, enabling you to track progress and results.
